DANGAL DIRECTOR'S NEXT FILM

The former Managing Director Siddharth Roy Kapur of The Walt Disney Company India has now launched his new production house called Roy Kapur Films. 

 
Siddharth is planning to position his brand in a mighty big way.


To start with, he is planning to fund 3 big films at a time.

One with Aamir Khan which is a biopic on Rakesh Sharma, a well-known astronaut. This one goes on floors next year and would be directed by Mahesh Mathai.


Next film is about the story of Vijendra Singh who found his wife after 19 months of search in the Uttarakhand floods.


The 3rd films will be directed by Dangal fame Nitesh Tiwari and it would be based on the young entrepreneur Varun Agarwal’s start up journey.

The latest reports, Tamilnadu Theatre Association has officially declared that they would be going on an indefinite shutdown from Monday to protest against the municipal tax imposed by the state government. Abirami Ramanathan , the President of Tamil Nadu Theatre Association confirmed this news a few minutes back. Film producer and distributor Dhananjayan took to his Twitter space to share his thoughts regarding this issue, “ TNtheatres have announced indefinite shut down of theatres from Monday as Govt.of TN has not come out with a clear support 2 film industry.
