NEW TICKET FARE PRICE FOR TAMILNADU AFTER GST ISSUE (OM TAMIL ROCKERS NAMAHA)

Theatres across Tamil Nadu will open from tomorrow (7th July) morning. 
 

 
 No entertainment tax will be charged by the state government for the next one month.

According to the new GST rates, tickets below 100 will be charged 18% tax while tickets above 100 will be having 28% taxation charges.

The temporary price rates that will be followed by the exhibitors are stated as follows:


Theatres who have been charging 120 rupees will now be charging 153 rupees for the next one month.

However, we are told a new price structure would be finalized soon.
