For the first time While Karthik teams up with Suriya
Director
Vignesh Shivn's 'Thaanaa Serndha Koottam; starring Suriya and Keerthy Suresh in
lead roles is nearing completion.
There are a few more scenes left to be shot
and the team plans to wrap it up in a schedule of ten days.
The
film's starcast includes many veterans such as Ramya Krishnan and Senthil.
Now
another veteran star has been roped in and he is none other than Karthik.
The director felt that Karthik will be the most apt choice to play a
crucial role in the film and they immediately approach the 'leading hero of the
1980s and 90s, who gave his nod.
He will
start shooting for the film in the upcoming schedule which is the final one.
This will be Karthik's first film with Suriya.
Right
from his hey days Karthik has played memorable supporting or cameo roles in
many films and the most memorable among them is the one he played in Mani
Ratnam's classic 'Mouna ragam'.
He also
acted in Ajith's 'Ananda Poongatre' and Prabhu Deva's 'Ullam Kollai Pogudhey'.
We hope
his role in 'TSK' becomes as memorable as the one he played in these films.
'TSK' is being produced by K.E.Gnanavel Raja's Studio Green and Suriya's
2D Entertainment banner. Anirudh is providing the music score for the film.
